first, maybe u should think to urself why they bug u...if u find out maybe u can try to fix that...if its somehting u cant fix such as height or something than u have to show that u dont care about it and that's what makes you a unique human being
when i get frustrated...i lie down and close my eyes...sometimes listen to music...squish clay in my hands...stuff that relaxes me
if this bugging get really serious, u might want to tell an adult

Try examining the reasons why you hate the people. Maybe they will turn out to be trivial. Everyone has their own little quirks. Also try a change in scenery. Maybe you should join a club or sport. Meet new people. Hanging around the same people will get old after a while. That isn't to say you should stop talking to your friends, but try to meet new ones. If you dislike people because they dont show respect to you then ignore them, make yourself distant from them, and always get the last word with them.

They bug you because you want to be left alone. You need help with that. I suggest, you work on the issue of why you choose to be a loner and why that is acceptable for you. You are filled with rage, not over friends or school, but another underlying issue. Find out why, that is first. Your self torment is tearing you limb from limb. How can you expect to be with others when you are not please with just being yourself? You have alot of deep issues that belong to you that you need to deal with. Get help for that. You have to realize, the hate you have for yourself, is in control now. Why are you accepting that???? Take your life back. Don't you deserve to be happy?? Do it for you, not anyone else. Find yourself. Listen to yourself. Accept who you are before going out and pretending to be someone everyone expects you to be. Be the person, who you deserve to be and start doing things positive for you. It all starts with you, when it comes down to it.

I really believe you may be in a depression and many things can bring depression on - Check with your family Doctor and know there is nothing wrong with reaching out - You've made your first step right here - and I'm proud of you -

Is there someone you trust that you can ask for help? I think you should talk to either a teacher or someone's mom about this. The best you can do has already been done. You realize you need help. Now you just have to find it.

Maybe involve yourself in an aggressive sport such as volleyball. Then you'll be so tired you won't have any energy to be angry. Or have you considered you might be developing Borderline Personality Disorder?

I'm in the same situation. Normally I carry a notebook with me where I write/draw whatever I think of.
