I work in a factory for 5 months now and i'm very sad beacuse of the people. I'm a quite girl and they don't treat me right...they shout at me and think i will do the work for them and i don't respond them i haven't the curage ....I'm always sad and sometimes i cry what can i do ? It's very difficult to find another job and i need money :( pls help me :(:(:(

The leader of an organization I am a part of is extremely difficult to work with, and he usually goes unchallenged. His ego is ultra inflated, and other members of the organization are reluctant to challenge him because they are either afraid, or just don't want to deal with the drama that comes with confrontation. He lies compulsively, and puts people down. He is dismissive, and tries to come off as a hardnosed professional, even though everyone else knows otherwise. I'm trying to find advice on what we can do to work together better as an organization.

Not here to impress anybody. Not here to get a date. Make a point once in a while, maybe, irritate people once in a while (there's something about folks doing EXACTLY what you provoked them do that gives some people the Mr. Hyde chuckle. Let the world beware. We're out there).

But what I was, and am getting at, is, for thousands of years, men were turned on by women being the way they were made. Are the few that still are now twisted fetishists? Because we like a woman that's comfortable in her skin, and the hair that comes with it? Who doesn't require her to spend a fortune trying to mimic the 2D bimbos in the mags we took to the bathroom as teens?

Okay I'm a sophmore in highschool and stuff had been really hard lately i want to change out of my ways because im not doing good i lost my mother 4 years ago and i think im still upset about that i drink and i smoke and im currently going out with someone thats almost 4 years older than me. I am sexually active and i shouldnt be i want to change into a better person i just dont know where to stop my dad knows what i have been doing and he hates it i cant talk to him about anything at all because i dont feel comfortable i have an older sister but she doesnt want to hear it. I do do good in school but i know i can do better like i used to i still miss this boy i went out with for 2 years but i cheated on him and he hates me because he could never trust me again i would give my life to have him back because i was a good person when i was with him he helped me change but now im back where i started. . i just wanted to know if there was anyone out there to give me some advice or to talk to

Had a very weird dream where I went out in to my garden and there was loads of pure white dead cats with blood all over their faces (each cat identical with same blood pattern on face). I looked away and then looked back and they all started coming to life and some of them started coming towards me so I stood on it's head and crushed it a bit and then I took my foot off and the cat looked at me and then hobbled away.
