I work in a factory for 5 months now and i'm very sad beacuse of the people. I'm a quite girl and they don't treat me right...they shout at me and think i will do the work for them and i don't respond them i haven't the curage ....I'm always sad and sometimes i cry what can i do ? It's very difficult to find another job and i need money :( pls help me :(:(:(

You can't continue to work in a place that makes you feel like that. As difficult as it may be, find another job that will allow you to be happy.

Ask for help from a superior if the situation doesnt change seek new employment life is too short to be miserable. The world is full of bullies and people who want to bring you down to their level. Being weak isnt a bad thing weakness is power.

Shout back, let them know that you have courage, they will then leave you to do your work, you are making it too easy for them to harass you. Show your claws girl.

No one but yourself can help you. First of all, ignore those who pester you. Next, concentrate on your work, and don't have idle time for others to pass on their work to you. If they do, politely refuse, but be firm that you are first bound to your work.

As long as they see a weak girl they will continue to do that...instead show more confidence...and fight back...they will act differently than.

ok just ignore them dont pay attention to what they say to you.You dont even have to answe back just dont say anithin IGNORE them.Dont do their job if they try to make you do their job just go and talk to your supervidor dont talk to the people who is tryig to make u do their job just get up go over to your supervisor and tell him whats happening.Being shy is one thin but being weik is a hole other thin and i think your just shy but very brave.

STAND FOR YOURSELF!!!
if you don't do something about that, it will only be worse. no one will fight for you, except yourself. show them you are strong enough to be their equal, if you cry, you will only encourage them to continue with their misbehaviour.
darling, be strong, show them teeth and never, ever let them to step over you again!
