Is there anyway a person could bring harm or hurt someone? This may be due the person ignorance (lack knowledge/experience) or some other means. Please explain!
This may be verbal or physical actions.

A wrong look can break the heart of the weak. A lack of interaction can also incite pain in others. There are many examples of unknowingly and unintentionally bringing harm to other people.

indeed.. ignorance, unknowingly hurting someone is what everybody does at some point..
You cannot possibly know what people's 'hurt-trigger' is so if you are not intentionally hurt someone. Just keep in (the back of your)mind they may be reminded of something else hurtful by what you say, didn't say, do or don't do.
You will never be able to please everyone.

Plenty of people cause harm/hurt by not thinking about the affect what they say/do will have on others.

You could drop something on the floor accidentally and have them slip on it or trip over it.
You could store something in a cupboard haphazardly, without realising, and it could fall out on them when they opened the cupboard.
I'm sure there are loads of ways.

During the summer after my senior year of high school a friend of mine was injured in a car accident. I never heard anything about it until 20 years later at our high school reunion. He was deeply hurt, but no one ever told me anything.
