I'm not speaking of screaming in terror, but little girls on through into adulthood, but not so much middle aged, or elderly women scream for no apparent reason than they get excited.
Is this something taught in recent generations as being an acceptable trait for a mature human, or is it a physiological phenominon in the female?
Little girls now SCREAM ear piercingly all the time, just to get their way, adults ignore it like it's normal; little boys also scream, but not to the extreme females do, or later in life. Women are still screaming when they get together for "chats" into their 30s! The picture shown on Yahoo Q&A apparently is of a woman over reacting and I think screaming, when you are notified of a best answer. Isn't this over the top!! LOL
Can anyone explain? Screaming for no reason helps to create the stereotype of the dizzy broad. (don't confuse screaming with yelling words at another, both male and female do their share of that, usually in anger)
