SACRIFICE is far more better than selfishness. But, the scripture says it is obedience that is better than a thousand sacrifice. Why? Because sacrifice is only a part of obedience.
The offering up of sacrifices is to be regarded as a divine institution. It did not originate with man. God himself appointed it as the mode in which acceptable worship was to be offered to him by guilty man. The language and the idea of sacrifice pervade the whole Bible.

Hello!
Sacrifice is always better than selfishness. It's the better way, to think of others before oneself. It's the right way.
Once a person gets tagged as being selfish, it's a moniker that stays with them for all time.
Give time you don't have, give your last dollar, give the shirt off your back. Put oneself "out there" and they will be rewarded 10 fold.

I would say sacrifice... As we all know selfishness is one of the ' 7 deadly sins'....

selfisness in the form of sacrifice
for eg, if you dont like certain dish, then your partner likes it very much, you give him all including your share saying eat all you feel so hungry!
