Its made our lives easier, but on the flip side, its made people more uncommunicative on a personal level - ie meeting people in real life

Computers make life easier, but people who dont go out and make it hard are the ones who will die at the age of 60 or so... if you look we still have people in great shape around the world even though computers can take over lives... it just depends how much you love life to go out and spend a few ours out of the 24 hour day to make life tough..
Also, civilization ran good before computers true... But it took so long to do it before.. computers are helping us save time so alot of dreams such as making a trip to mars one day a reality.

Computers are tools, they can help... and they can be weapons. Computers have helped because you can go to websites and learn things for projects instead of carrying a heavy book. They can have games played on them. They are weapons, though, because a "predator" can pretend to be a 17 year old who wants to have a good life with you and turn out to be 42 and rape you, after killing you so you don't know.
