B most likely....

but D can be a good answer..
considering MOST of our "perception" we arent even aware of.... and it takes place partly in the Hypothalamus..
depends if you mean our bodys.. or our minds..

someone who is plugged up and in a coma...
what part are they using? im not sure... but their body is percieving things.. and they are regulating temperature.. etc etc..
fighting micro-organisms... and all that mess.. but not precieving a thing..
