Nobody with actual clinical depression wakes up and decides "gee I am going to make myself feel miserable". It irks me when people who have never suffered with depression assume that if you just started thinking positive happy thoughts then all would be well. But what if you do try to think positive but the lethargy and sick empty feeling persist?? How do you stop the urge to cry over absolutely nothing?? The urge to cry is a physical letdown. One does not even have to be sad about anything to cry. How do you explain to someone that you exercise, eat right, work on personal issues and take wonderful new medicines but sometimes even this isn't enough. How do you make someone understand that there is nothing negative going on in your current personal life that is bothering you and that you have little stress but still seem to have a sad feeling that seems to hang on to your physical self like a demon that won't go away no matter how hard you work at it. Where is the "option"?

Is it not caused by bad diet and therefore self inflicted?

And why are women always whinging about it? after all they don't suffer from it they manufacture it. It is us innocent men who are on the business end of it. Logic dictates therefore that it is men who really suffer from PMS.

Nice answers only please.

Doesn't concentrating so much wealth to the Wayne family and away from the middle class cause the income disparity leading to crime? Batman can save a few lives a day but wouldn't having a significantly larger middle class lead to a lot fewer crimes?

“Dismissal costs are bound to increase unemployment”. Comment on this statement by
discussing the effects of a new regulation makes it more difficult for firms to dismiss their workers,
for example by imposing a firing tax for each worker dismissed. Explain the likely influence of this
policy change on the natural rate of unemployment and the rate of job vacancies. Hint: think of what
happens to the separation and job finding rates.

Think about it, there are billions of us, and also billions more in the past, and will be in the future, but yet everyone's face is unique. How come there could be so many versions and never run out of new face?

I started a job 6 months ago. There are only 3 of us that work there. The other 2 only havve a years experience. I have 16 years experience in the liquor, wine retailing in a high end liquor store. They won't include me in there little private jokes, or listen to any of my suggestions about the store. I am quite a bit older than them. The tension there is getting worse. They shoot down everything i try to do. I can make that store run more efficiently. Don't ask me to talk to the manager because they don't have one, if I tell the General Manager he'll just think i;m stirring up trouble. He doesn't know the other two like I do. MP

Typical mom, cook for everyone else, go out to eat with anyone, but refuse to even heat up leftovers for myself.
I know it's typical, but the only person I've found who overcame it was a diabetic whose health really suffers if that keeps up.
Any ideas?
