This is the most interesting question I have ever seen in yahoo answers. This question actually had me really thinking about whether money is more important then living longer. I would have to say yes. 50 million is alot of money, I wouldn't even know what I would do with it. You said strictly no abuses, so I will try my best. If I had 50 million in my bank account I would go to work (Jewel/Osco) I would go up to my boss Glen and tell him to go F*** himself. He's one ignorant SOB. Then I would def. get fired, which wouldn't bother me becouse I have so much money. I would then move out of my parents house. I would buy a really nice house. I would probably spend $500,000-$1,000,000 on a house. I would then buy a car thats around $30,000. I would hire a drive that I could call anytime during the day. I would also hire a maid to clean the house at least twice a week. I would then buy all the current game systems and all the games I like for each system. I would hit the clubs and bars. I would also be able to get a g/f which I can't now becouse I would buy her love. Money to me is everything, I wish I win the lotery or something so I never have to work another day in my life. I would be partying very often. I would basicly live life up to the fullest.

At 45 it probably means I would only have a few years left. If that exchange meant I wouldn't live to see my sons' get married, no. But other than that, my wife hates me and my life is miserable, so yes, in a heartbeat I'd make that exchange. Not much to live for in this life.

An interesting offer, but I can really only part with 12 years. I'll give you 12 years for $40 million. That sounds right to me, don't you agree?

if their is nothing worth living for in your life, if you have nothing to be interested in or not enough money to, if you are 1 lazy S>O>B then yes.
But if you want to keep your life because you have something worth living for, then no. The real question is, would a millionaire trade a billion dollars for 20 years of his life.
Face it, we are not thaaat badly off.
Or do you have nothing to live for, if so whats the point of living at all?

I would not do it because i have a reason to live, and cant even dumb people want to live to enjoy fatherhood?... I hope so. But no i would not.

I have concidered this questions in many different formats. It all comes down to knowing how long you are going to live. If you will only live for another five years giving up twenty would kill you. Besides that issue... twenty years never! Probably no more than five.

Hi Andrea,

I think a billionaire, Paul Getty, would have it the other way. He said like: 'Oh would I have my youth back, I would gladly give half of my wealth'.

Earlier Jesus said: 'what profit will a man have if he gains the whole world but losses his soul'

have a nice day.
