Its surely within yourself. We can take it in another way. Happiness and sadness are not a separate thing, they are state of mind. These are our reaction to certain circumstances.

Happiness starts in a family...a very own family,when they are gone,make a new one,happiness is inside you...all u have to do is learn to calm down,think positif....you will find happiness in yourself...
