Just before you go to sleep think about a visit to your own special place.Plan all the friends and family that you want to be with you then drift off to dream world with your favourite music playing.
The other great help to remember dreams is to keep a notebook beside the bed and write them down immediately.
Happy floating into the sleepy world.

Hmmm, I remember every dream I have. When I get up, I have a paper and pen by my bed and I write it down immediately. Then, I go on the internet and look up the dream meanings...they really are true and that's exactly how I feel.

Tonight there will be a terrible war in which the sugar sprinkled jellybeans fight it out with the caramel covered popcorn for supremacy over all candyland! You will attempt to play Florence Nightingale, until a gang of evil licorice sticks kidnap you and threaten to pour water to dissolve the cotton-candy dress you're wearing! Eek!

Just try to get up like 4 in morning. You remember dreams better if you wake up during one.

I find that when i wake up late and have to rush around the house trying to get ready and go to work that my dreams dissipate, when i get up early and have a lie in i can linger upon my dreams and remember them quite vividly.
I did read somewhere many years ago that depending on how you get up out of bed can state whether you are more likely to remember your dreams or not, it always works for me.

Lol to make sure it sticks, every night be sure to plug the video recorder into the back of your head (there's a socket right under your ear) press record and you can watch it back in the morning. Everyone knows that!

Me.
Anyway, normally you can still remember your dream vaguely as you wake up, but then it fades away until you totally forget it. I normally write it down so I can still remember it. But meh, I haven't dream of anything for the last 7 years...

Keep a pen and pad of paper near your bed and write down notes when you awake. Usually the mind will dream based on input from the previous day. Have fun and enjoy it!!

The normal dream would be a pleasant dream with a unpleasant ending, and it would visit your psycho id and only psychoanalysis would show the dream

wide sky, pink fluffy clouds, flamingoes in bowler hats flying by in formation. Ducks wandering round holding balloons. A honky-tonk piano in the corner, being played by a chimp wearing a bow tie and spats.
A very tiny man in bright green wanders up to you in a furtive fashion and asks you to bend over so he can whisper in your ear. "Lydia," he murmurs, "was that pizza right before bed really such a good idea?"
Sweet dreams!
