I've seen one myself, and my younger sister has seen two at different times.

Is it something new? Is it from breeding w/ the oriental orange wannabe ladybugs? It really is pink, and I want to know if that bug was a fluke pink, or is it more common.

It went on for about 2 hours at like 15 minute intervals.. at 3 o'clock in the morning. Well I moved into a new apartment and it has a kinda wooded area behind it. This noise sounded like one of those kid's bicycle horns but was VERY loud, lasting like 1.5-2 seconds each noise. I dont think someone was making that noise.. but I could also describe it as a airhorn sound, but not really. What is this making the noise?

I have a problem with flies in my house, they just appear everyday in the upstaires hall. I have checked the loft for dead animals, pulled up carpets and floorboards to see if anything is there. There are no holes in the window and no rubbish near the house. Where could they be coming from. It'e been like this for 2 weeks already and ity's driving me nuts. These are big beasts too. It's so strange. Has anyone else had this problem, i just cannot think of how they are getting in...The thought of maggots in my home makes my skin crawl. i'm thinking of leaving it's so bad. They appear in droves.

Is there any animal or plant or anything that shows that it has a different perception of time than us? Or is it just argued that animals that move faster or slower still experience time passing the same, they just process it faster?

Does anybody know anything about white spiders? All white, not white tailed spiders, BTW. Are they poisonous and/or dangerous? Where do you find them? That sort of thing?

Thanks!

There is the saying that "what seperates us from animals is a sense of humour"- if this is correct then what studies have been carried out to prove this statment. I have an image of a row of cats watching a white coated lab technician slip on a banana whilst a team of egg heads make notes behind a two way mirror

I live in Texas, so midnight is dark (not alaska where it might be light). It's not just one bird, there's a few birds that start singing at this hour.

I can't believe that people actually think that animal fights actually happen. I mean there isn't even video evidence or anything factual to back up this crazy theory. Leopards fighting hyenas, and lions fighting tigers? who would allow such a thing?
