I suspect that if it were modified to be more suitable to the human body that it would work the same way and you could expect the same consequences.
Realize it has been made to be effective on a 2000# bull. If a similar device was designed (scaled down in physical size and possibly in electrical discharge size), it would very likely produce the same results, semen!!

I wasn't going to answer this question until I saw the answers. There are some good ones, in fact all of them good. I would suggest you start with warm apple pies that have been left on the window sill to cool. THEN attempt exploration into the regions of stupidity that you have suggested. In fact, I have got one for you to try. Bare feet, empty a bucket of water over your feet onto the ground while standing next to an electric fence. Then take a pee!

Unless your man-piece is relative in size to that of a bull, it would be quite painful.
