What part of the worlds oceans do they migrate and does anyone know if and where someone could charter a trip to view this magnificant creature?

Northen or southern seas in colder waters

They are often seen feeding on krill in the Bonney upwelling off the south coast of South Australia and the west coast of Victoria. The season is November to April. You should be able to charter a boat or go on an organised trip to see them. Google "Bonney Upwelling charters" for lots of information.

They are found in all oceans but little is known of their migration routes or their breeding.

They have spotted a few that swam along the California to Baja coast. One of them was hunted by a pack of Orca. Blue Whales are extremely rare now though. You will need some good luck.
