Cisplatin is
K2PtCl4 (aq) + 2NH3 (aq) ---> Pt(NH3)2 Cl2 (s) + 2KCl (aq)
[FYI, Cl is chlorine]

What mass of cisplatin can be made from 100g of K2PtCl4 and sufficient NH3? What mass of KCl is also produced?

I tried converting 100g K2PtCls to moles then to NH3 moles and then to g NH3.
I don't know how to do this problem. :(

Help? Step by step please. Thank you very much! :)

Here's what I've done so far:
(u-3)^3-3u+8=0
(u-3)(u2-3u+9)-3u+8=0
u3-3u2+9u+92-3u2=27=3u+8=o
u3-9u2+18u-19=0...

but I don't know how to continue on now...

Thanks all in advance =D

I`m canadian and we`re supposed to have been using the metric system and I remember being taught it as early as grade 2. But I`m 34 now, and I still don`t have a clue how many cm I am, I know I`m 5`1, and I know I weigh 120 but i have no idea how many kgs that is. I think in miles instead of kilometers, and i know there are 2.2 kg in a lb(I might have that backwards) and 454 g in a pound, but holy crap, the whole system is whacked. So I am looking for a page i can pull up and enter the m height of a guy i`m interested in (185cm) but that could be 5`2` for all i know and being 5`1 myself, well, thats too short for me. ANd he`s really hot, so I hope it means more like 5 10!!!!
Also i do a lot of shipping, and they always want cm and kg, but my measuring tapes are uncooperative, or I`m not doing it right. Any suggestions or perhaps the secret method to figure em out fast, would be appreciated!
Thanks!
