Of course. The Prime Meridian is well marked at Greenwich, and you can stand on it all you like.

I've stood in two countries simultaneously, too, at the Canada-U.S. and U.S.-Mexico borders.

I believe that you can if you are STANDING on the Prime Meridian at the Greenwich Conservatory in Greenwich, England. It divides East from West.
