Someone told me that a blown up balloon will not move in a vacuum when the end of it is released. If this is true, how is space travel possible?

We go on about "for ever and ever" into the future, but surely eternity goes back without end too. (In the same way as infinity is omnidirectional)
So no beginning and no end.
What about creation theory? (Is it a theory?)
What about big bang? (and big bird?)

Hello! I am currently 31 weeks pregnant.

I am extremely fair skinned with brown eyes and curly reddish brown hair with light brown through out it.

The father of my child is extremely fair skinned with hazel eyes [usually dirty-green looking] with curly brown hair.

My mother has fair skin, brown eyes and wavy dark brown hair.

The father of my child's mother has a fair complection with brown eyes and pin straight brown hair.

My father has a fair complection, curly brown hair and brown eyes.

My child's father's father has an extremely fair complection with curly red hair and I am uncertain of his eye color.

Everyone in my family other than my Grandfather before that has blue or green eyes and varying hair color and types.

I am assuming since my child is caucasian he will be be born with blue or green eyes. Can anyone tell me, statistically [I understand you cannot tell me what is certain..] what my child might look like?

THANKS!

I'm having a trouble solving these two problems on my calculus summer assignment:

simplify: [ (1/x) - (1/5) ] / [ (1/(x^2)) - (1/25) ]

rationalize the denominator: 1 / ( 1 + √3 - √5 )

Please provide an explanation on how to approach and solve the problems... Thank you.

I understand that there are roughly 2.5 millibars to 1" water gauge and that there are 1000 millibar to a bar. I understand that my gas pressure comes in to my house at 21 mbar and that this gas has been broken down by a piece of equipment from 2 bar of gas. But how does atmospheric pressure work. At the end of the weather each day they mention that the pressure in the air is for example 1080mb. how does that effect the day or the weather or what???????????

Men are known for their practicality they are, when it comes to empting their bladder.
I stated this in a former question:

"Recently, I read on this board about a guy who was asking if it was okay to urinate in the kitchen sink.

I wonder if there are even odder places where it has occurred to men to expel the TOXIC RESIDUES OF THEIR KIDNEYS."

Is this correct? (Mainly the last line?)
