E.coli; Lactobacillus; and Salmonella are bacteria. and all are prokaryotes. All bacteria and cyanobacteria are prokaryotes. They lack a true membrane bound nucleus.
Amoeba, Paramecium, Euglena are eukaryote. All Eukaryote have true nucleus and membrane system in the cytoplasm.

Prokaryotes do not have nuclear membrane so their DNA (which is placed in the nucleus) are just floating around the cytoplasm. The lack membrane bound organelles. (bacteria and archaea) ex. Streptococcus pygenes the primary cause of strep throat. Eukaryotes have nuclear membrane (hence the meaning of the name True nucleus) where DNA is placed. Its organelles have membranes. (animals and plants) ex. Humans, dog, or Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)

eukareutic cell contains mitochondria , nucleus with nuclear membrane and inclusion bodies ( well developed cell)
ex :
human , animal all bacteria and fungi
prokareutic cell doesnt contain that but nuclear mass
( not well devloped cell)
ex: viruses , amoebae
