Wave time radio controlled clock. Does anyone know how to set the time.Instuctions are lost?

If it's using the broadcasts of WWV or a similar service, that's where it gets the time. Likely you need only set the time zone and perhaps display format. Just try to think, if I designed this product, how would I have you set the parameters? If you do something wrong, you can probably reset it to factory conditions by removing power (including backup battery, if any) for a few minutes.
