1. Find the slope of the line passing through the points (-9,-4) and (0,-4).

2. Find the slope of the line passing through the points (-7,-4) and (-1,-10).

3. Determine which two equations represent parallel lines.
(a). y=5/3x + 4 (b). y= -3/5x -7 (c). y=2x + 8 (d) y=2x -4

4. Find the y- intercept for:
-x + 3y =15

5.Determine which two equations represent perpendicular lines.
(a) y= 4/7x - 3 (b) y=3x-4/7 (c) y= -1/3x + 4/7 (d) y= 1/3x - 4/7

6. Write an equation of the line passing through (4,4) and (4,2).

7. Write the equation of the line which has y-intercept (0,5) and is perpendicular to the line with equatin y= -3x+1.

8.Rewrite the equation 2x-3y= -6 as a function of x.

9.Find the slope and y-intercept..... x= -8

10. Find the slope of any line parallel to the line through points (15,1) and (4,2).

Thank those of you in advance for you willingness, effort and help....greatly appreciated...

I thought it was supposed to decrease appetite and make the metabolism increased. I am on 0.25 mg per day. I do feel 1,000% better on it mentally (no more depression or feeling suicidal), but my appetite is out of control and I have gained three pants sizes in just three weeks (only Arbonne weight loss chews stem my appetite for five or six hours, but after they wear off I'm back to eating again).

Just curious:

But if we are pumping out the oil and gas, digging out the coal and burning them; heating and evaporating water; felling and burning trees and never replacing it. And at the same time anything that we do create (waste, houses) was already here in some form or another in its pre-existing raw form ... Then isnt the earth getting lighter, and wouldnt that be effecting its gravitational position?

Bob and Tom own a brothel each. Bob says to Tom, "I'm greedy, so if you give me 1 of your whores, I'll have twice as many as you!"
And Tom replies, "Yes, but I'm fair so give me 1 of your whores and we'll both have the same amount."
How many whores did Bob and Tom have each?
