B + 1 = 2(T - 1) so B + 1 = 2T - 2 so B = 2T - 3
B - 1 = T + 1 so B = T + 2
Therefore T + 2 = 2T - 3 so T + 5 = 2T so 5 = T
B = T + 2 = 5 + 2 = 7
Bob = 7, Tom = 5
