That is incorrect. Only the continents of Europe (Rome Italy) and North America (Rome Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Wisconsin, Ohio, and New York) have cities named Rome.

Antarctica, Asia, South America, Africa, and Australia do not have cities named Rome.

On a side note, Constantinople in modern-day Turkey was once called New Rome (pre Dark Ages) and was located in the Asian continent but that doesn't really count.
