If there was a planet exactly the same as earthd e.g density, size tilt etc. were all the same, and it was on the same orbit line as earth but just the opposite side of the sun, how would we know it was there?

This planet would modify orbits of other objects of solar system and with actual state of art , we could know all about.

We would only know it was there by using satellites which were sent to other planets. Because they have passed the opposite side of the sun as us, and they send back information, we should know if there is another planet there.

But technically, no satellite has ever been designed to look for this, so there could be a remote chance of this....
