Then would not sending a mass of materials to outerspace to build the spacestation;no matter how slight;change or alterour path of orbit around the sun and over a period of time alter our seasons ? Our gvt. is messing up this planet !

There is a counter point to your argument too you see!
first of all the mass of the the International space station and all the DAMN satellites is negligible compared to earth.
But you see as you are considering the mass going out of earth only!!
Thousands of tonnes of cosmic dust falls on the earth every months. This is a lot of mass!
But some elements and materials like hydrogen,helium which are very light escpe earths gravity.
these incoming and outgoing masses sort of balance each other.

Thus your problems solved.

If the material remains in orbit around the earth it is still part of the earth's mass. Besides, earth gains weight every day from the tiny meteors that are always falling on us (and fortunately burning up before they hit the ground).
