I won't go into details, I don't know beans about laws of physics or nature, nor do I pretend to. I think it is an awfully unsound assumption to say that there is nobody else out there amidsts billions of galaxies, and that earth is the only planet that has any life. My opinion is that there is definately bound to be life out there somewhere, if it exists on earth it has to exist elsewhere as well.

My question is, though, are there extra-terrestrials on this earth; Intelligent beings, besides ourselves, who come from some other planet? I have read in a Sylvia Brown book that there are aliens on this planet who look just like us, and I want to know if anybody can validate this to be FACT, perhaps tell me where to find them, how to identify them, etc. Opinions are welcome. I am just a plain and ordinary person, friendly, there is nothing for aliens to fear from me. :-)

I am about 175 or 180 kg., plan to be traveling at the usual bed-jumping-off speeds, have the typical drywayll installed as far as I am aware of, and have a very springy bed which I can get great height on whenever I jump on it.

I have hit my head several times on the ceiling which is approximately 2.5 m high whenever I jump on my bed, and I am just worried about denting the ceiling...

I am working on a renovation to an existing Federal Courthouse that include the installation of a new fire alarm system. The spray-on fireproofing contains ACM so the cost of spot abatement for thousands of FA hangers may exceed the project's budget. It seems that NEC 300-11 requires that the conduit and JBs be independently supported to the building's structure. The existing ceiling is a plaster on lathe on black iron grid that has wire hangers to the structure. The thought was that the conduit could be run caddy-clipped to the black iron with the thought that if there is ever a full renovation of the space that the ceiling and fire alarm system on that floor would be replaced and spray-on fully abated. Bascially, the government is not willing to indemnify the engineer to go against NEC 300-11 so the engineer won't design it this way even though the government does not necessarily need to follow any codes. Is there any other specific codes that would allow for the black iron install?

I've seen thieves do this on television all of the time, and I just like to seem like a sneaky sort of fellow. This seems quite sneaky.

I'm on the second floor.

Will the velocity at which I slink down the bedsheets have any effect on how tight or how many times I should tie the sheets?

I saw this on television, but no one was wearing the underwear while it was sent up the flag pole...I think it would be much more fun if I was still in it.

I would especially be happy to see the opinion of an experienced physicist! Will the velocity at which I am sent up have any effect on whether my underwear rips in this process? Thank you!

Conspiracy theorists loudly trumpet their claim that moon landings were faked. Given that the moon has little atmosphere to speak of I would think it would be fairly easy to find and photograph artifacts from earlier missions.
