Not real sure what you mean by 'strength, but the 'energy' contained in a photon is Plancks constant times the frequency of the photon.

Plancks constant P= 6.626*10^(-34) Joule/s or
4.136*10^(-15) eV/s and the frequency of a wavelength w is given by f = (3*10^8)/w = c/w

Hope that helps.
