You may use benzene. Put the microbeads in benzene taken in a beaker and then ultrasonicate them to get rid of the paraffin oil. You may also try with petroleum ether/benzene.

Use a water-immiscible liquid that can dissolve paraffin oil. Any nonpolar hydrocarbon liquid will work. Hexanes, pentane, etc. Heck, even gasoline will do the trick.
Just make sure that your microbeads don't dissolve in those solvents.
