I won't go into details, I don't know beans about laws of physics or nature, nor do I pretend to. I think it is an awfully unsound assumption to say that there is nobody else out there amidsts billions of galaxies, and that earth is the only planet that has any life. My opinion is that there is definately bound to be life out there somewhere, if it exists on earth it has to exist elsewhere as well.
My question is, though, are there extra-terrestrials on this earth; Intelligent beings, besides ourselves, who come from some other planet? I have read in a Sylvia Brown book that there are aliens on this planet who look just like us, and I want to know if anybody can validate this to be FACT, perhaps tell me where to find them, how to identify them, etc. Opinions are welcome. I am just a plain and ordinary person, friendly, there is nothing for aliens to fear from me. :-)

I think that a long time ago, during the last ice age alien beings entered our solar system and what they found was a race of self aware beings facing a hostile environment and possible extinction so they gathered up a small group of these poor creatures and relocated them on another planet that was suited to there physiology. These early cousins of earth humans possibly had a different but more advanced grasp of technology than us earth humans because of the alien influence and interference, so extra-terrestrials that look very human might just be our distant cousins from an other world.

I would say no, but good question. While there are most likely more beings out there in the verse, if any bothered to study us by actually hanging out with us they would likely leave soon after due to boredom. Also, if they posses the ability to come here study us so secretly, I doubt they would actually have the need to come in person. Why would they bother when there are so many other ways to do so? Besides, coming to earth would be like roughing it in the wilds for us. Sure it might be fun for a short time, but then I want to go home and take a shower and surf the internet. Know what I mean. Not like it would be difficult to see how advanced we are, everything we know is being zipped through the air all over the planet all the time, it wouldn’t even take much to break any of our encryption software if they wanted. Just imagine, if they still have what we consider computers, what they would be capable of. We are not even a worth being called a threat yet.
I just don’t see any rational reason why an advanced race would need or want to come here?

Yeah probably organisms from other space brought by rocks from space but I dont think there are Human-like alien beings among us. Yes I agree that we are probably not the only neings in this universe but not here on Earth. Why? If they are alien, they are most likely to die in our environment because they will be coming from a totally diff environment. Their planet's difference to Earth's gravity or athmospheric pressure alone can be a huge problem for them surviving here w/o the help of space suit of some sort. (imagine our own astronauts trying step on the moon, can they do that w/o any help of gadgets/devices?). So if you see a someone in space suit walking around in your neighborhood, they are probably an alien hehe.
For me, the only aliens I know here are from the Church of Scientology. They believe they are aliens that came from their mothership. So there you go. They may not be easy to spot but asking around nicely in your area is a good start. Goodluck!

There is a book you might want to look at called Aliens among us, by Ruth Montgomery. Which basically says, there are. However these are transdimensional aliens that take over human bodies.
This is a very far out subject matter, and nothing can be proved.
However, if you keep an open mind , you might find that truth is stranger than fiction. It might be useful to achieve an altered state of consciousness through the use of certain drugs, then ponder the question.
I think our normal state of consciousness shields us from things that might be very troubling- like aliens among us. Or psychic/ paranormal activity. So you can tune in your mind to these possble realities, and they become more real. At the same time, you might be making yourself crazy. Find out for yourself.

I watch a lot of Sci Fi. I have practically become aclamated to the idea that we are not alone. If you take the word alien to mean foreign or not belonging then yes there are aliens among us. There are those that would say that angels walk amoung us and look like us when we need them to. That could be your alein. So I guess the answer is I think anything is possible

Actually, the presence of extraterrestrials is present on earth, although in fossil form, from previous meteorites carrying microscopic organisms from deep space. Are there any which LIVE among us ? That answer and or proof for or against, is yet to be decided...

You can't validate this to be fact unless of course you are the aliens. If there are aleins among us that look and act like us then they obviously don't want to be discovered yet. So if they're here you'll have to wait till they're ready to come to you.

I don't think there are any "among" us but, rather, "in" us; I think that we are the most alien thing on this planet; we just don't naturally belong. So, I think it's in our DNA, that they integrated our original species with whatever alien DNA it was. (Although my six year old nephew does call me an alien sometimes).
But if they do exist among us, then I think that they don't want to be known, they just want to be observers.

There might be other living oganisms like us on different planets in different galaxies, but I don't think there are any extra-terrestrials lining "among us". That's just silly.
