i think it would be neat to see ymy baby now but the doc says not till around december why is it that some people have ultrasounds early and later???

I am going to be registering for baby gear soon. where can I find information of baby items. There are so many different types of bottles, how do I know which ones are best? What about strollers, they all look the same! I don't even know where to start!!

I am a little over 7 months, but I always get BH a lot...I can notice them when I'm laying down doing the poke test...otherwise I don't. My doctor wasn't worried even though I had more than five sometimes in an hour. I just worry about preterm labor. They check my cervix and have me come in more than most...she said only if they become painful and regular is their a problem...anyone else experience this???

My sister-in-law is pregnant - 21 weeks, and there is a chance her baby could have downs syndrome. She is scared to get the test done, as there is a chance of miscarrisge, and her doctor has told her it is too late ot have a termination anyway.. is that correct?? Any information on what she could/should do, would be great.

Hi! ttc- It has been 12 or 13 dpo and I have been experiencing FREQUENT urintation(I am waking up every hour at night!), cramping, and I have been really hungry. I took a pregnancy test this morning(day 13), but it was negative. Did I test way too early? Has anyone ever experienced these symptoms early? Thanks!!

i am 34 weeks prego and it seems that whenever my 6 month old neice comes over to spend the night my baby in the womb starts moving around a rolling around like crazy...my mother says it's because she knows my neice is there and wants to play...but I think it's because all I do is talk baby talk while she is there, could my baby be responding to this?

So... I know I shouldn't really meddle but how do I respond?
Ever sinse she met the possible father of the baby she has practically forgotten who her friends are.
Do I support her choice (as I know she is against abortion), give my honest opinion (abort the opportunity preventing bunch of cells, you're young and you have things to do before such a commitment).
She doesn't really talk to us anymore. I'm not supportive of her silly relationship with this boy, he doesnt make her happy. But I have never been in one my self, and I always think with my head, giving harsh judgments. She, on the other hand, thinks with her heart and forgets the seriousness of situations.
How should I respond so I can let her know that I wont abandon her friendship?

itching down below? I know I don't have an STD, as I was just checked last month, and hubby is not cheating. We are trying to concieve - and we had intercourse during ovulation, since a few days ago, began cramping a little, breasts get more tender every day and have been real sleepy. I was just wondering if anyone else experienced any type of itching down below, comes and goes.

this is my first pregnancy and i went to my gyn for an internal ultrasound, she said i am measuring 8 and half weeks, however my last period would put me at only 7 weeks, is my baby big or i am just figuring wrong. also is it normal to have such discharge, no odor, just discharge???

and my doctor said that my uterus was backwards or upside down I can't remember which one......but I do know it wasn't regular........she said about one third of women are like this .....has anyone heard of this? will it affect child birth/ labor......(she told me because it is like this she had to put the thing (the ultrasound thing) toward my rectum) I am only eight week so the baby's is still too small for a regular ultra sound......but yeah not too sure about this uterus thing....should I be worried????

Hi, i am now 18 week's pregnant with my second child, And my Question is,i was slim before haveing my first child and since i have had like left over from baby fat and that, but now im avarge size with my second but i have lost 32 pounds through out this pregnancy, i eat healthy and try to eat good amount of meal's but i just get so full, Is this weight loss hurting my baby ???If someone knows how to answer this please do

when i was having my baby about 1-2 weeks ago i was in so much pain i was screaming during the birth.my husband tried to comfort me and said things like your going to be alright and your going to get through this but i could not help it! and my husband are thinking about having anothor baby any tips on easing the pain?

I'm not wanting a baby shower - this is my second pregnancy and with my first I had two thrown for me. I just want to do something intimate, like with only family - no friends - where I cook dinner and serve desert and they bring little baby item gifts (like lotions, and babywash, diapers.. not clothes or more expensive things) Another reason I want to do this is because, in my son's scrapbook, with the two baby showers, it looks like people were WAY excited that he was coming - if we don't do anything for this baby, I'm afraid that when he/she is older, like 5 or 6, he/she will wonder why everyone was excited about older brother, but not him/her. I don't want one feeling less important than the other...
Here's the thing: No one in my family has mentioned a thing about this. Is it okay for me to send out email invites to them for this, if I cook and everything, or will it seem rude of me since I'm the pregnant one?

I'm due in 2 days and if I somehow don't go into labor before monday the doctor told me that he's going to induce my labor with meds. I heard it hurts VERY badly for them to do. I was wondering if anyone had any serious suggestions for me. Thank you.

i had my period Aug 5
had sex Aug 20
then a week later i gotton dizzy and sleepy not eating well
all week i felt hot then when i starting to bled sept 2 i was running a temp 1.10digrees
then i was starting to put on some weight
and had a little pooch plus my hips got wider
i gained about 3
when the second month came i gained about 4
i started my period again sept 30 it was kinda heavy with clots
i still weigh the same and still feel yucky getting fatter
i probably gained more pounds by now
i still have baby dreams headaches sharp pains in tummy
increased vagnail dishcharge now i can feel my uterus above my pubic bone
