Other conditions can mimic pregnancy.

Symptoms like sickness, headaches, fatigue and even a missed period can all be due to other things.

There's no way of knowing without knowing your health history. Did your doctor not give you an idea of what else might be going on based on your symptoms?

There are lot's of reasons for skipped periods.. But not having a period for 5 months sounds like PCOS (Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome) I have that and have gone almost a year without a period before. There are hormones your Dr. can prescribe if that is what you have that will bring on your period. You may have to see an OB to get diagnosed. My Dr. referred me to a specialist and that is when it was finally diagnosed in me.

My sister in law missed her period for months for no reason. They couldn't tell, it just happened. So just hang in there if yuor no pregnant. It will evenally come!

could be a pituitary tumor. (but most likely not just putting it out there if you can't find anything else)
