Fresh water fish is safe. Salt water fish you should only have in moderation. Liver or any other foods high in Vitamin A. Unpasteurized dairy, or juice (Such as Odwalla). Feta, Roquefort (Or other blue-veined cheeses), con queso (Mexican cheese), brie. Deli meats such as bologna and hot dogs unless reheated to steaming. These can carry Listeria. While it has little or no symptoms in the mother, it can be fatal the the baby. Honey (Can cause botulism...which is also why a child under 1 year of age shouldn't have it)
Caffeine in moderation is completely safe in pregnancy. Recent studies have shown that 2-3 cups of coffee or up to 6 sodas are safe amounts of caffeine to consume.

Don't eat any fish that have high levels of mercury. These can cause birth defects. I don't remember anything about cheese but go here:
http://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancyhealth/foodstoavoid.html
It gives you a detailed list. Good luck! ;)

Congrats on your pregnancy, mines a boy too!!!!
Just eat a wide range of foods don't over do any of them as eating too much of a 'healthy food' isn't necessarily a good thing.
Later on in your pregnancy your doctor might tell you some foods to cut down, I'm 30 weeks now and my doctor told me to cut down chocolate, meat spicy foods......
If in doubt ask your doctor!
Good Luck.
