Hello, I am new to this service and I have had the worst month of my life. I was involved in a bad car accident that should have killed me (according to medical personnel on the scene) but ended up only splitting my nose open. Then a week and half later my sister died (suddenly of a blood clot and yes we were very close). I have been on pain killers, valiums, muscle relaxers, and God only knows what else. My oldest son broke his leg and now I find out I am pregnant with number 4. Everyone is happy but me and I hate that. I want to be happy but all I keep thinking about is this is number 4. I also keep thinking that this might be my sister or a sign from her (been on birth control faithfully for 6 years since last child). Why now? It has only been 2 weeks since her funeral. I guess I want to know how can I be happy again? I am married and have been for 10 years and other kids are 13, 10 and 6. Please help I feel like I am going to have a breakdown.

I am 17 weeks pregnant and to be honest I really dont enjoy it. I cant wait for the baby dont get me wrong (this is my second) but I have a really hard time coping with pregnancy - would go so far as to say I feel very depressed all the time.

Can anyone give me some hints/tips/experiences of ways to make it feel like it is going faster? The old saying "when your having fun" comes to mind but I just dont know what to do!

I am currently 6 months pregnant. I am having a hard time getting out of bed in the morning because I just feel exhausted. It doesn't seem to matter how well I sleep at night, I still feel tired in the morning. So, what I'd like to know is, how many hours of sleep are necessary to help me feel energized and refreshed in the morning?

i had a little pain back in july with light bleeding. they said my HCG levels went down, but they weren't below 50. i was feeling weird the other week and i took 6 HPT and 5 came back positive, i went to the dr. they confirmed i was indeed pregnant and drew blood. they called me back today and said my numbers are low 76 i believe?? so they had me go back and get more blood drawn because they were concerned. i don't feel i miscarried back in july. Any one have ANY ideas to what may be going on. im an emotional wreck right now!!! :(

I gave birth 7 weeks ago and the doctors gave me the ok to have sex her checked my uterus and said it went back and my cervix has closed.... so everything should be alright.. well i tried working out the other day and my belly doesnt feel the same it feels hard and sometimes i feel a little hard ball in there... what can be wrong...is it too soon to bw working out, shouldnt the doctors have told me something??

ive been with my bf for 2 years.. (hes 23 and im 22) and hes been the only guy i slept with. we are in a commited loving.. healthy relationship. sometimes we make stupid mistakes like NOT USING PROTECTION. i was actually pregnant earlier this year.. it was unplanned.. and it ended in a misscarriage cuz i was in an accident.. now sometimes we do it with no protection.. he just pulls out.. but on august 10th.. (the exact day of my ovulation) and the day i had tons of eggwhiteCM he released all of it inside me.. i think i might be pregnant now.. this is what i feel:

-the day after i ovulated.. i had a dry..rubbery.. white discharge (not-stretchy) i think it was his semen from the previous day
-since that day, ive had milk-white cm every single day and today is 12 DPO
-my period is due this friday –august 24th and usually a week before my period.. i get period cramps.. and my nipples are sore.. this time i have no pms symptoms
-at a few random times i got mild little pains/cramps in my ovary area.. kinda like a pulsing.. n it stops after a few minutes
-on 7 dpo.. I had a strange cramping.. like both sides of my ovaries were being squeezed n held.. it only lasted a few minutes n then stopped
-ive been much more hungry than usual.. n I feel bloated.. (unusual)
-sometimes im getting sharp type of pains in my bb’s like right at the top.. not around nipples… (usually get nipple pain before my period.. but I don’t)

Are these symptoms real? Cuz they are odd to me.. I mean I don’t get these symptoms before a period.. my usual pre-pms symptoms are missing.. you think im ok.. or are the chances HIGH of me being pregnant? I am worried cuz it was a mistake.. plz rate my symptoms n share ur experiences thank u

Ok.. im 20 and I have a little boy (16 months) Ive been going out with this guy for a year and a bit now, and he trapped me! He purposly got me pregnant so when he goes away I wont cheat on him.. Im scared and I dont know what to do.. first off, I dont know how the hell Im going to tell my parents thats Im pregnant again.. and I dont know how Im going to go through this pregnancy alone.. If the parents of an unborn child have sexually transmitted diseases, wont the child be born with them? I know a couple, where the expectant mother has HPV, (genital warts) and the father has Hepatitis C. As far as I know, now that they have transfused body fluids, the expectant mother now also has Hep. C. My question is will the baby be born with the diseases and is there a vaccine once he/she is born to cure it? Does the mother now also have Hep.? And will the baby have hep. and HPV for the rest of it's life?

My husband isn't thrilled about my pregnancy craving inspired dinners. I ask him what he wants, but he always says whatever, it doesn't matter. What am I supposed to do? I value sitting down at the table and eating as a family, we also have a two year old. But when one of my "inspired" dinners doesn't appeal to him, he always eats something different, at a later time.

I've been to the hospital once a week for 3 wks, and i'm progressing each week, but my contractions arnt regular, how long is this going to go on?
It's my third pregnancy and with my other 2 I was already dialated at 5cm and they kept me. Although I was seeing a doctor and this time I'm seeing the midwives, is this why they keep sending me home? Help, my body is miserable and in a lot of discomfort.

Also, about 2 wks ago, I felt the same way and I called the er doc and they said to eat something and lay on your left side and he should move at least 10 times, and he didnt' so I went to er and they did put the strap on me and he moved fine. I just couldn't feel him. I just don't want to go back up there because they will probably get tired of seeing me!! I know its thier job but still....

after finding little blood ,i called my doctor & they suggested me to do HCG test.its my 6th week .my Human chorionic gonadotropin, or hCG count is above 9000(around 10000) my doctor said its very good.so i dont need to repeat test after 48 hours as its usallly done.i know its silly question but does hcg confirms that i am pregnant.i havent done any pregnancy test at my doctors becos its only my 6th week start.does hcg comes only when u r pregnant or even when u r not? pls help .also tel me what precaution should i take to make my pregnancy normal.

I am 25.5 wks pregnant and I rarely feel my baby move. When I was about 22 wks, he moved all the time, but lately he hasen't moved much at all. I have a doctors appointment friday, but I want to know now whats going on! Has anyone else been like this?

I am 38 weeks pregnant and I went into my regular doctors appointment today and he told me everything is fine. For the past couple of hours I have been feeling drizzles in my pants especially when I walk around. I don't know if it is discharge or if my water is leaking. Its very watery and even when I wipe down there I still feel wet. what do you think? Should I just wait to see if it stops?

Where the hell do I find birth control pills? I can't call my doctor,because this is an emergency..that I really think I need to have them. I mean like morning after pills..where do I go,how do I get them? Does walgreens, rite aid or cvs sell them? How do I get them ? I'm 19...I never got birth control pills before..do I have to go through the b.s. of making a doctor appointment and all that b.s. ? Cause I really need it soon,what do I do? Please help!

I just had a baby 2 1/2 weeks ago and i swear the doctor told me not to take a bath, go swimming. or have sex for 6 weeks, but i read it's ok to take a bath after 2 weeks?? I am nervous to take a bath just in case cause of what the doctor said but i couldn't get a hold of him today...Do you have to wait 6 weeks to take a bath after having a baby?

I am 36 weeks with my third. I have yet to go past 37 weeks with any baby. For the last couple of days i have felt a really bad pressure right in my cervix and i already know i am 2cm and at 0 station as i went to my midwife last friday. Has anyone else had this and delivered soon after? I know it sounds really bad coming from someone who has had 2 children prior but this is very different. Any ideas aside from going to the hospital (i have a three year old i need care for)? Thanks a bunch :)
