when I was 5 or 6 months pregnant this happened a lot to me. I asked my doctors with each pregnancy, and all seemed okay with it. I wouldn't worry. :)

i may not understand your question properly but i'll try to answer it as sensible as i can. the belly buttons sticks out and would start to hurt if and only in your last trimester namely 7,8,9 months not in the first and second trimester. if you are going through this and you're not in your last trimester, you should go visit your doctor, gynecologist first, because it may be some kind of cyst that should be taken out immediately.

Sometimes. It's probably a Braxton Hicks contraction, the uterus's way of "practicing" for labor. They're usually not painful, but can be.
If they get frequent, regular, or more painful, you need to see your doctor ASAP. It could be a sign of preterm labor or other complications.
