Pregnancy - April 2007

This may seem like a silly question but I'm not sure. My period isn't due till April 26th but I took a test anyway. I took it this afternoon and I know I should wait for the morning. It went through the two windows and showed a line in the control window, then it made a hortizontal line in the preg window. There wasn't an apparant vertical line, it was just a tiny little line that didn't even go all the way up or down. Could I be or is it neg?

I'm wondering where I can find a chart that shows a month by month outline of around how much weight I should have gained by when. Does anyone know?
I've gained 6 lbs at 21 weeks. Since my last appt at 16 weeks I've put on 6 lbs. so I gained nothing until 16 weeks. Normal?

I'm thinking about an abortion but i kinda just think that i got myself into this i should just deal with it and keep the baby to remind myself of the mistake i made but i also was thinking of adoption what do u think i should do??

I'm 32 weeks 2 days pregnant and sometimes it feels like the baby shakes
it doesnt happen very often just wondering if anyone ever felt something like that?

two days after i was suppose get my period i had a pink discharge then the next they I had i guess my period for two to three days but it was not the normal flow usually when i do get my period it last 7 days after does 3 days i got the pinkish brownish discharge for the the next 4 days. I haven't tested yet but just wanted to know if at 28 dpo will i get an accurate result. (sorry for giving alot of detail) Thanks

I went for a blood test yesterday to find out if I am pregnant. Today I called my Dr to check the results and she said that the results are still pending because they are checking the HCG level. What does that mean? I have to call her in a few hours to find out, But I cant wait! ! i am desperate to know....

I am married and this is our first baby. we are having a girl. i am scared to death one minute then the next i am way excited! Then i will be scared again! Then I will not want my pregnancy to be over, then I cant wait to get her out! I am so confusing, has anyone else had these mixed feelings so bad like i have?

i have taken 4 pregnancy test, including 2 digital tests, they all came back positive, but i just dont really feel pregnant and have hardly no symtoms except cramping. according to my calculations, im only 4 weeks pregnant. could they all be false positives or am i just not having any symtoms yet?

ok before i was pregnant i had my period for 5 to 6 days and know i bleed for 1 sometimes 2 days i am 14 weeks 4 days and i am happy but the doctor gave me an ultrasound week 11 and said the baby is fine i will go in next week but i am bleeding know has anybody had this bleeding in pregnancy and for how long thank you

I am just coming into my 6th month of pregnancy and the fatigue that I felt during the early months is back. I am a stay at home wife and some days it is hard to keep up with the housework because I feel so tired. My husband has been very unsupportive lately telling me that I am using my pregnancy as an excuse to slack off, I would like some advise from women who have gone through the same. I can't figure out how to get it through his thick skull that pregnancy isn't all peaches and cream. I went to this website today http://www.marchofdimes.com/pnhec/159_15245.asp and printed out the article for him to read. Any additional advice would be much appreciate. And by the way no need to tell me he is being a complete ******....I know...and I have told him as much. Again thank you for any advice you might have.

I wasn't bloody, but it was like that sticky glue stuff you rub of credit cards. This is my 3rd child but never saw anything like that before, neither has any one I've talked to.

Hi ladies, I am almost 35 weeks pregnant, and thinking about who I want in the room with me when I have my little girl. It's a given that I want my fiance, the father there with me. But I am unsure about my mother. I am a very modest person ( I don't even really like to have sex with my fiance during the day, or with the lights on) I was wondering how some of you felt? What did you end up doing? And did you have any regrets?

My mom and I are very close, and I really would like her to be there, but I am concerned that I will be uncomfortable. Help me please!

a few weeks ago i asked if it was safe to have a colposcopy while im pregnant, im due to have this done in two days and im really scared, im 8 weeks pregnant now and my last two pregnancys ended in a misscarrage at 7 weeks. the doctor would not let me cancel my appointment, he says i need this done, has anyone lost a baby after getting this done? and please let me know will the colposcopy hurt?

From about 24 to 27 weeks he was kicking all downward and was breach. However, after 27 weeks he started kicking all around my belly button and right above it and around it....but, usually no lower than the belly button. I'm now 28 weeks and I was wondering, if he's kicking in those spots and no longer down low, which position could he be in? I won't find out until my next ultrasound.

Is it true that people are finding out that ultrasounds cause autism? Should you even get ultrasounds now? I had quite a few with my first baby, and he was fine. I even got the 4-d ultrasound. Very rewarding, but did I put my baby at risk? I am pregnant now, and worried about this.

My boyfriend thinks that I should go back to work as soon as we bring the baby home from the hospital. How early is to early and how do I make him understand that I want some time with the baby I just carried for 9 months? I dont want to sound like I dont want people around my baby its just that I want to be able to have time with him too.

I'm 7 weeks, and have been having chronic headaches. (I think they are still withdrawls from the cigarettes and coffee i no longer have). But i'm not sure if i can take any pain killers like panadol. Am i able to? Or will it cause problems?
