They base it off the first day of your last menstral period. Then they add 280 days to get your due date.

Your due date is based on the first date of your last period. Some women don't know... so then they do it through measuring your belly and through ultrasound by measuring how much growth the baby has successed in. Congrats! KJ

It's calculated from the first day of your last menstrual cycle. If you can't remember, they will most likely do an ultrasound to measure the crown to rump and get an estimated due date.

Due date is 40 weeks after her last menstral period. Just take a calendar and count it out yourself. I had mine right on when I went for my first appt.
