I applied for unemployment benefits and was denied. Stating I was unable to work due to pregnancy. I was not unable to work. Company stated they offered me another 13 week assignment and I refused. That did not happen. Also I would have had to break the contract when I gave birth, and I would have been responsible for breaking contract. Can you not collect unemployment while pregnant?

I've been at my job for 6 months (found out I was pregnant 2 months after starting the job) ... then told my boss 2 months ago.
(I'm now 28 weeks pregnant).
She just told me that she is going to have to let me go because she wants someone with an accounting degree (which I didn't have when I got hired .. she knew that)! and says shes going to hire someone to do my position and the accounting all at once. So that means I don't get maternity leave??
When I was hired ... it was on a 90 day trial basis .. everything was great! never said anything about hiring anyone else .. ( I didnt tell her about the pregnancy until after the 90 days) .. now all of a sudden since its almost time for maternity leave and disability .. she's letting me go!
Is it because I'm pregnant???
I've never missed a day or messed up any assignment!
do I still get disability for the pregnancy?? and what about maternity leave??
any advice would be great!

I have had my period regularly for the past two months but think i may be experiencing some symptoms of being pregnant. I am experiencing frequent urination, cravings for food, an unsatiable hunger, nipple tenderness, headaches, and sometimes i feel faint. I also have felt extreme tiredness that doesn't seem to go away. I'm not sure if i should take a pregnancy test or if i should be worried about being pregnant.

Me & my husband had sex, and it was the second to last day of my period (very lite). He came in me, & I told him that I probably wouldn't get preg. cause I was still on my period (but i was almost done) I have very irregular periods, but I can pretty much pen-point when I am ovulating cause the cramping, and then almost exactly 2 weeks later I usually will start my period.

It wouldn't be a huge deal if I did become pregnant, but I was just wandering if it is possiable we could have concieved?

i dont understand the ovulation calender..so if someone can help me with that please...my period start yesterday it last for 5days. & comes every 28 days. what are the best days to conceive?

I am 34 weeks pregnant. I have been diet and excersize controlling the diabetes but now seem unable to control it. My doctor did say something about "if your numbers get too high I will induce at 37 weeks". Does anyone have any idea what she means? Also.. I have non-stress tests 2x a week and see her weekly. They say they can tell with a non-stress test how well your numbers are.. If they just started getting high (3-4 days) will they be able to tell when I go for my non-stress test today? Thanks

The first and last names are both 3 syllables. Notice the spelling of Nikalus is different. This is something that we would like to stick with. We want something unique, not common. We like the name Donovan & Xander (z ander). Both not real common but neat.

Im only 14 weeks along and ive been having periods of time during the day when my stomach gets really tight, it feels like the baby is balling up really tightly and my whole stomach gets really tight. i remember this feeling with my daughter but i didnt fell it until much later and i ended up going itno labor a month and a half early. Are these braxton hicks, the baby balling up, or should i get to the doctor asap?
