I need a middle name to go with Nikalus.?

The first and last names are both 3 syllables. Notice the spelling of Nikalus is different. This is something that we would like to stick with. We want something unique, not common. We like the name Donovan & Xander (z ander). Both not real common but neat.

I would go for something short, your choice of Xander is a nice short name that's a good start. Nikalus can be shortened at school to "Nik" and Xander will be appreciated by Buffy enthusiasts.

When I was almost engaged and we were picking out names for a hypothetical boy, my other half really liked "Aven". It's unusual without being too exotic, it's short and it's got a good sound to it. But ultimately, it's your baby. (literally!)

i think Nikalus James is a lovely name, and sounds nice too. The name James has become rare.
