Once a month until your seventh month, then twice a month. Hit 36 weeks, it's every week. This is for a normal pregnancy with no complications.

I'm pregnant and I have to see my doctor every 4 weeks. They typically do an ultrasound after your first OB appointment for dating your pregnancy and determine due date. Then it's at 12 weeks, 16, 20, 24, 28, and 32 weeks. You have another ultrasound at 20 weeks to check on the baby's development. Then after 32 weeks you have to go twice weekly until delivery. Then they like once weekly for baby's first two months. The great thing is that at my doctor's office you only pay a copay on you're first OB visit. That usually when they do a whole round of urinalysis and blood tests. You can have more or less appointments depending on complications or if you're considered high-risk. Hope this helped answer your question.

If you have any bleeding, cramping similar to menstrual cramps that don't let up, fever, or severe vomiting you need to see your doctor immediattely.

AS OFTEN AS YOU NEED TO. YOU HAVE AN APPT ABOUT EVERY COUPLE MONTHS TO CHECK PROGRESS. BUT TOWARDS THE END OF YOUR PREGNANCY YOU USUALLY HAVE TO SEE THE DR ONCE A WEEK. THAT USUALLY STARTS SOMEWHERE AROUND YOUR 35TH WEEK OR SO.
BUT IF ANY COMPLICATIONS ARISE, BLEEDING, SEVERE CRAMPING, ETC, YOU SEE YOUR DR WITHOUT AN APPT. SO ITS REALLY HARD TO SAY HOW OFTEN YOU NEED TO SEE YOUR DR.

Well minimum is once a month, unless your doctor wants to schedule more often.
