I kept Saltines next to the bed. In the morning before I even got out of bed I would eat a few. Plus I took my Prenatal during dinner. Those helped enough to get me passed that part of the pregnancy.
Good luck!!!

Things that I found that helped: keep away from carbonated beverages, and if you must have one, pour it out of the container into a cup to get rid of some of the bubbles. The carbonation gas from the soda can upset the stomach.
Tums with calcium can also help.
The next prenatal appointment that you attend you may want to also ask your doctor about this to see what other methods could work for you.

My OB told me to take a Unisom at night and 25mg of Vitamin B6 three times a day. It works wonders! I am 18 weeks pregnant and with my first two I was sick all day every day for 6 months! After I started taking the Unisom at about 10 weeks, I have been sick only once. Give it a try. It worked the first day for me!

I know what you mean. I was working 40hrs a week on my feet, until 6 days before we delivered my son. Tired, heavy, upset tummy and all!! I tried everything I could to stop the upset tummy, but Lemon drops were the only thing that worked. The tiredness never went away for me and even got worse after delivery. But I have learned to force myself awake! my clients understood my "condition" and even brought me gifts for the baby! Plus, I now have a very quick three year old who keeps me busy!

Try carrying saltine crackers and a bottle of water with you. My doc told me that having an empty stomach makes the nausea worse, so if you don't let it get empty, it's not as bad. I had horrible morning sickness, and it was a life-saver for me. Good luck, and congratulations!
