I have my 20 week scan tomorrow and i was wondering if i need to take a urine sample with me!

My hubby and I have been trying to get pregnant since March of last year, finally yesturday I took a test, my period was due yesturday and I just had that feeling that I was. Sure enough the pg test showed 2 pink lines after I peed on it!! I took other test after that to just make sure, it was wrong! They both came out positive as well. However, I am trying to figure out my due date or atleast how far along I am. My last period was on March 17th and I know for a fact that I had to concieve either on the 30th or the 31st only b/c those are the only 2 days that month that we had sex, due to our work schedules. If anyone could help me figure out how far along I would be about or when about I would be due that would be a GREAT help, atleast til I make a doctor appt for sometime this week.

Can she open her cervix with her own finger. If so would that be dangerous, to her or the baby?

I am on the Yasmin contraceptive pill.

I have not had any sickness or diarrohea.

The only thing I have done is carry on my pack for a week more, so I took 28 pills and took a break instead of the 21 and taking a break.

I have not missed any pills or taken any late at all.


I should have come on today and still have not... should I be worried?

I think that i may be pregnant. Ive heard that you i can get your period through pregnancy. I usually get a period for a week but mine lasted 2-3 days. Its really not normal. It was not that heavy but im not sure if it was light. Also when i feel by my uterus its kinda swollen. Is this normal during pregnancy. What should i do

I have been having terrible headaches, but the weird thing is, is that sometimes its just an all over throbbing headache and sometimes there is just a specific spot that throbs in my head, has this happened to anyone else, please help!

I like to play him classical music on the piano. I usually play Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata (the unabridged version) and he'll start kicking while I play. Is this a good idea and do you think he likes it? I'm 28 weeks pregnant.

Last year I found out my boyfriend was cheating on me for the last 3 years of our relationship. I broke it off without thinking twice. A month later I found out I was pregnant and called him to tell him. At that point I found out that the girl he had been cheating on me with just had a daughter by him. He hasn't told his 2 oldest girls which are 15 and 18 about me being pregnant. Not many of his friends know at all because he doesn't want it to get back to his girlfriends!! He hasn't been there for me much, showing up at the last 5 dr visits. We get along sometimes, but most times we don't. He says he wants our son to be named after him, but my question is this, do I call his house in the middle of the night if I go into labor? Do I call his girlfriends house looking for him so he doesn't miss the birth? I'm 36 weeks now and I have had many complications, and the dr already said I won't go until my due date. What to do???

I am about 2-3 weeks in a people keep telling me morning sickness is a symptom, but everytime i eat i feel sick, is it the food? it's foods though that wouldnt ever make me sick.....and when i really crave something i will eat it and then ill feel sick.....i have been craving a lot of carbs and tea, please help is this normal? also another question does everyone have to have implantation bleeding? please help!

Seems like everything I've found so far has been at least 2$ a piece! With at least 100 people at my shower that seems silly to spend that much on favors!

There is a girl at my church who is only 29 weeks into her pregnancy and her water broke. I was told that the doctors are giving her medicine to stop labor and keep the baby in the womb and help it develop longer. I thought that once the water broke that labor was iminant and that the baby could not stay in the womb for more than 16 hours after that. I heard what the doctors are doing second hand so I thought maybe the person who told me was confused or something. What do you think?

eBay has great maternity clothes, but what size am I?

I am only 6 weeks (and already can't button my pants - read my other post) but I thought I'd start looking. I was a size 8 before and have now bought a nice comfy pair of size 10 jeans but what size am I in maternity clothes? Medium or large?

they have the same one at the motherhood maternity store so i thought it would work but i couldnt tell if i was hearing my baby or not my fiance says that i didnt hear it but i dont know...has ne one else tried those and if so how far along where u when u heard ur babies heart beat? Im always nervous that something is wrong with my baby so i wanted to hear it whenever i wanted to....

I am not really into buying a lot of clothes because I think it is already hard to find the "perfect fit"... I am really dreading having to seek out new pants and shirts. I'm around 8 weeks pregnant now, and so far so good. Can still fit into the pants. But when should I expect to have to actually go out and buy new things - and how often?? I have no idea, this is my first pregnancy and no one else in my family or friends has had a baby yet (and yes, we're all almost 30!).

I am going in for a c section this Monday morning. It is our first baby and I am so scared about the surgery. Dont get me wrong, I cant wait to see and hear my baby but I feel like my fear is overrunning me. Is this normal? I really need support and feedback. What should I expect after the surgery?

my last period was on 2/26/07. all the pregnancy calculator websites say im due around december 3rd but when i went to the doctor they said i was due around novemeber 25th. the doctor went by my last period also. did she just caculate the date wrong?

I need some suggestions to quit somoking. I am 5 weeks pregnant. I smoked about 15-20 ciggerettes a day before I was pregnant and I have cut down to less then 10, usually less then 7 a day and am smoking Marlboro Ultra lights. I want to quit completly but its hard. Any suggestions......
