You are more likely to get a false negative than a false positive. If you've had 4 positive tests I'd say that you are pregnant. You may not be having symptoms yet and everyone is different. I never had any morning sickness or cramping when I was pregnant. My breast were sore and I had to pee a lot and I was tired a lot, but I don't think I really noticed that until I was about 6 to 8 weeks pregnant.

Its very possible. many women wont show any symptoms for weeks, while some have all the symptoms right off the bat! the only symptom I had was my breasts were achy, but I just felt pregnant. it is EXTREMELY rare to come back with 2 false positives, false NEGATIVES are more common, although rare as well. I would take the tests seriously, consider yourself pregnant, and make a appt with a OB/GYN. they will give you a blood test to confirm it. and one more thing.. its a GOOD thing your not showing any symptoms yet, because when you finally have that first bit of morning sickness, youll wish you didnt have any symptoms! although for the most part, the MS dosent last that long. congrats and good luck!

The best advice would be to go to your family practice, doctor, and talk to your doctor about it and get a test done there. I found out i was 4 weeks on march 27, and i had no symptoms or signs just cramping n Breast tenderness, i thought my period was due, but when it didn't come, i got a test. And it came out positive, the next day i went to the doctor, the test there was positive too, i still don't feel pregnant, but i have an ob/gyn app. soon and maybe the heartbeat and ultrasound will be what convinces you, cus i know it will for me. Good luck and Best Wishes

I would think after you have had all the tests come back positive you would know you are. Everyone is different as to when the symptoms of pregnancy begin. Be patient and be happy you don't have any yet. You have a whole 8 months for all that fun stuff to happen to your body. Good Luck!

well when i got pregnant with both of my chilDren i took the test and then went to the dr and them do the test because that one is for sure, but not everyone will have symptoms, i never had any symptoms at all during my whole pregnancy, and if you think that you are only 4 weeks well that is not very far along if i was you i would go to your obgyn and get a test done from them they do a blood test because if you are pregnant and you are having cramping that can not be good.

False positives are extremely rare. Expecially on 4 tests. Congrats on your pregnancy. My symptoms didn't start until 5-6 weeks. Not everyone has symptoms either.

I dont think I have ever heard of a false positive. I've had two children and the only signs/symptoms of pregnancy I had where a missed period and getting fat. So I would say that you are probably pregnant. You dont have to have morning sickness and things, so consider yourself lucky. Good Luck!

If all those tests came up positive, then you are pregnant. You can go the whole pregnancy and not have one symptom. I did that with my first. Congrats and good luck!

There really is no such thing as a false positive, especially not 4. You are pregnant, just not having symptoms. They may come soon, and if you are lucky you will not have to suffer through the nasty morhing sickness!
Congratulations and good luck to you!

False positives can occur, but they are very rare. Pregnancy tests measure a hormone called Human Choronic Gonadotropin (HCG) which is produced by the placenta.
Rare forms of cancer (most notably germ cell cancers in males) can produce this hormone as can some very rare uterine cancers. However these are VERY RARE.
In all liklyhood, you are pregnant, but should see a qualified gynecologist for confirmation.
