In a word Yes. They go darker brown and they stay like that. Gone are the little rosebuds of youth.

OMG yes! Not only did they get darker, but they got twice as large.
This is only one of the many changes in your body due to the pregnancy.

My friends are Black now but that is the first time I have ever heard of it. I am pregnant with my second and mine have never changed... Gotten bigger but not changed color

Totally and if you brest feed they can get a little bigger but it will come back to normal couple of months after you finish breast feed.

Yes they can get darker and also you could notice white spots on them.
