im 5 days late on my period and my uturas is a little bigger then normal (looking at my tummy) but im not feeling symptoms, but i'am eating more then usual and get hungry alot.i took the pregnancy test on friday and it came back negaitive, but still no period. can i be pregnant?

Contractions every 5 min. apart lasting 58 seconds cervix still closed doctor checked for uti also give fluids told to go to doctor tommorrow contractions getting stronger has anyone ever had this happen. stayed in L & D 4 hrs.

This is my first pregnancy- so please forgive my panic (I know panic is bad so I hope someone can ease my mind!)
My baby is about 16/17 weeks along. and I have been having a pain that is deep inside me. The only way i can explain it is like the baby is kicking...hard. It doesn’t hurt too much- but then it almost does. It wiggles around my body- sometimes it feels like it is hitting my lung other times the front of my tummy or my back and sides! Sometimes the pain is so great that I have to stop what I am doing. (but not often) I feel like there is no way the baby should have this much room to move around. this can happen very often in the day or hardly at all. Is it normal to have the baby do this?
My doctor is not very helpful (or kind) and we live in a small town where we would have to drive many hours if we wanted to see another, so that is out of the question because we only have one car. I have no mother or family member to talk to about this- Please let me know if Im just silly!

ok so i am very very confused and i want some opinions! i know i asked this so many times but this is my i wanna be pregnant right now thing. i had a very light line come up on a test a cvs brand test, and when looking into the light i could see the blue in the line. which means it was the same color as the dye! but i had to look at it through the light like i said and i did see it before 2 minutes was up. now that it's dried for more then a few days i can see a line but i still have to look under the light to see the color because it's so light. the half of it is a visable blue and the other half is too light to tell! i'm pretty sure i'm preggo but i just want some opinions on what would you say it is? postive or negative? i would be roughly 9 weeks and i have most symptoms and already have a linea nigra which happened the last time i was pregnant- i got it early on...but i miscarried.

I'm looking for ideas for my future daughter-in-law. She will (hopefully) be in the hospital for many more weeks! I've sent playing cards, puzzle books, paint by number, movies, books, and magazines. She doesn't have any hobbies, ie: knitting, etc. Thanks for any ideas you can share with us!

I was supposed to start my period between February 26th - 28th, but usually the 27th, and its now March 5th. Missed period, i'm tired, my boobs hurt just a little, and i have some discharge that has a weird odor to it. Can i be pregnant? hi there, i went to my ob yesterday and they found out that my baby heartbeat stop in past few 7 weeks the cardiac activity of my baby was good. even i have this two subchorionic hemorrhage i didnt bleed. so i know my baby was doing good. yesterday i only went to my ob for regular checkup and we didnt expect theres something will surprise us which is i need to have a d&c later because of the heartbeat stop. my d&c should be yesterday after we saw the problem but my ob move it today because he still hoping that something will happen but i already lose hope i already accepted it. it hurts because i did my very best for this little life of my baby. and the most painful here this is exactly what happen to me with my first miscarriage the baby hearbeat stop at 8 weeks. i dont whats wrong with me. i need some piece of advise . will appreciate it.

One of the most exciting things about being pregnant is sharing the good news with family and friends. I told a friend that I am expecting, and she immediately called and emailed people that I had not had a chance to tell because I was waiting to do so in person. Now, I feel very cheated out of getting to share my own good news.

I don't think I would mind if she were just casually mentioning it to people she happens to see, but she is deliberately contacting my friends for the expressed purpose of being the first to tell them. My husband says it is my own fault because I didn'ty ask her to keep it a secret. Well, it wasn't a "secret," but I certainly didn't expect her to go out of her way to broadcast an announcement.

I am planning to confront her. Any advice as to what I should say?

I am sixteen weeks pregnant, but measured between 19 & 20 weeks at my ob appt. today. My doc. scheduled my ultrasound for Friday. I know people say you can tell the sex of the baby at 20 weeks, but is that the soonest? Is there any chance we'll be able to tell this early?

she's pregnant and saying it's his. he does not want to have anything to do with the child. he tried to convince her to get an abortion but she refuses to. he doesn't want to have anything to do with the child.

I have 3 weeks left until my due date and I have been getting these sharp pains below my uterus. I mentioned it to my doctor's intern and at first she said Bracton Hicks, and when I told her I had those and they were different, she said round ligament pain. I have had those too and they are more to the sides. This really feels like my bladder. I'm not sure, but I thought they check for bladder infection when you have your doctor appointment when they take the urine sample. Does anyone know for sure if they check for that? If it isn't a bladder infection, could it just be from all the pressure that the baby is putting on my bladder? Has anyone experienced these sharp pains before and know what they are?

I am due April 1st and have had my babys name picked out for 6 yrs ( variation of my little cousins middle name ) well anyway this girl (although I say girl we are both adults!!) is due mid May and says she is naming her baby the same thing!! Now I know I dont have a patent on the name but it is fairly uncommon and not only is she taking the first name but she is also taking the middle name. Would you be upset??

Hi all,

I am just wandering if anyone is having this problem right now.

First off, my husband and I have been TTC for 24 months (2 yrs) now. We have yet to get pregnant due to a problem my husband was having which was since corrected on Jan the 9th. I had a 26 day cycle Jan, and a 21 day cycle Feb. I am due to start within the next week.

I woke this morning with extremely painful, sore breasts and tonight when my breasts were * fondled * there was a leakage coming out. The leakage was clear in color, and whitish yellow.

Wouldn't this be too soon to have any symptoms? I am not sure when I ovulated, and not even sure if I do. I have an appt next Friday to discuss that with my OB.

Anyone having the same problems or whom have? Just curious as to opinions. I know nothing until I wake up and find aunt flow, but you cant help a curious mind especially when you are TTC all over again,lol.

i need some advice from both girls and boys. i am just over 11 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend said that he wants to ask me to marry him but all he needs is a ring then he will do it. when he does ask and if its before the baby comes out which is in september, what do you think i should do? i love him and want to get married but im a little sceptical on him doing it while i am pregnant. what are your thoughts?

It's 3 days before my period is due - I have been feeling nauseaus and sick for about 3 days. Took a "First Response" pregnancy test around 5:30 tonight. 2 pink lines = pregnant. One line is dark pink, one is a very (barely there) pink.
Any thoughts?

I was supposed to start my period on February 27th and today is now March 5th. I didnt start worrying about my period being late until the 29th because sometimes i get it between the 26th and the 28th of the month but this time there is no period. My boobs hurt a little bit, i'm tired, and i feel sick. Also when i use the bathroom there is a discharge, it looks like the discharge you get when you're ovulating, and you can smell it. It has a weird smell to it, not that i put my nose like right up on the toilet paper or anything but i can smell it when i use the bathroom. Is this serious? Or am i pregnant?

By The Way : There isnt a lot of discharge, just a little bit when i wipe while using the bathroom. I always feel like im wet (down there) though.

if you read my previous question, it was about my girlfriend being pregnant with twins then them dissapearing and her gaining a baby after that. well interesting facts to prove that she was telling the truth cam back in the U/S report, there was 2 amnotic sacs instead of just the 1? how do i go about talking with her about my feelings that i had before? i thought she was lying to me, but she was telling the truth. i also watched twins triplets and quads on austar on national geographic and well i got alot of info from that. did anyone else see it? i thought it was a great doco.

please help, need advise.

I am about 11 weeks pregnant and I have been getting pains in my lower abdomen. It sometimes feels like cramps. It doesnt last that long, but it is quite frequent. I have a drs. appointment tomorrow, but my question is has anyone else had cramps like this when they were around 11 weeks? I dont know if I should be scared and go to the hospital, or just wait to see my dr tomorrow. I thank anyone who replies.

Right now I have Medi-cal but I'm moving to Oregon @ the end of the month, people say that in oregon they have medicaid so where do I go to apply for medicaid? or can they just transfer it? Can you apply for it online?

also, does anyone know about how much an ultrasound costs? Medi-cal offers one free ultrasound so I was figuring I should take advantage of that while I still have it but then if they can just transfer it to medicaid I was wondering how much a regular (not 3d or 4d) would cost? I'm about 10 weeks pregnant and want to get as many pictures and everything as I can (this is my first if you cant tell lol)

I'm 24 years old, and i have a 4 year old boy. Ive been a single mom the whole time with alot of support from my family. My sons father is no good and now lives in another province thank GOD! I`ve been with my current boyfriend 8 mons, and we`ve never used protection (I know stupid on my part) I wanted another baby so badly don`t ask me why I can`t explain. Well now im late and I`ve got all the symptoms and i pretty much 100% sure im pregnant. So i told my boyfriend who at the time said yeh it may be your only chance to have another baby. well we talked again today and he says now we should have an abortion. Ive had an abortion and i dont want to have another one. Im sure I can raise a baby by myself and i dont think he would leave me but my family I know will be pissed off. Im scared and i feel alone and i dont know what i should do! Please help me!

Ok, I've taken 3 test and they all have a light line, I took a digi and it said pregnant. My question is, does anyone have any stories about how this brand of test went wrong for them? I don't wanna get my hopes up, so therefore I am asking this question. Thanks so much!!!
