Graham crackers worked the best for me. And lots of water..... Oh and I hear apple sauce tastes the same coming up as it does going down, lol, I never tried it myself but it's worth a shot

Morning sickness, don't you just LOVE it! Nothing like an 90+ day hangover to introduce you to pregnancy!
The cure for me was Gatorade. I seriously swear by the stuff! Buy the powdered mix (not the premixed stuff as it's WAY TOO SWEET) and mix yourself a glass in the morning when you get up. It seemed to give my body just the kick it needed to help maintain the morning sickness. Of course it never completely abolished the pukey feeling, but unfortunately, I don't think there's anything that relieves it completely. I will tell you though, that unlike the crackers that are recommened to be eaten in the mornings, Gatorade does not hurt if it decides to make a reappearance. Once you feel like your stomach has settled make sure you eat small healthy snacks every couple of hours throughout the day to help keep the sickness at bay.
This won't work for everyone, but it sure did for me. I don't think I ever felt 100% normal but it helped keep my food down.

Everyone has different stuff that works for them. My plan of attack was to try eating anything that sounded good at the time, and then see if it made me feel sick or not. I was about to eat things like cookies, crackers, some fruit (but nothing too sweet). I think you should just try to figure out something that sounds good, even if it's not a "healthy" food, just to try to find something you can eat.
If it doesn't get better, you can call your OB to see about getting something to help with the morning sickness. They told me to take Unisom and Vitamin B6.

oh lord girl! im really feelin for ya right about now! I think im Finally getting over that stage. There for a while everything sounded, smelt, and tasted so gross! And i just puke and puke. But, to answer your question, Orange juice helped me. That and don't eat a whole lot at one time. That sometimes makes me naugtous. Just don't let your stomach get completly empty. Im 13 weeks today. And here lately ive been able to hold food down pretty well. Oh and one more thing.... MAKE SURE YOU EAT FOOD WITH IRON. GET YOUR IRON. THAT CRAP AIN'T NO JOKE. IT CAN LEAD TO BE VERY DANGEROUS FOR YOU AND YOUR BABY. SERIOUSLY.

I haven't figured that out myself either. I haven't thrown up as of yet but nothing sounds or smells good at all. Every one says to eat saltine crackers (but I am eating the ones w/o salt).

Dry toast, Salteen crackers, 7-up...These were the only things I could hold down for the first 3-4 months of all 4 of my pregnancies. Good Luck it sucks I know!

try smaller meals more often, and try to refrain from solids, but have LOTS of liquids like water, but NO coffee or cola drinks. I would suggest not to refrain from solids for more than a couple days. If this keeps on, go see your doctor.

Bread, potatoes, rice - anything carb. To me it felt like it absorbed some of the cruddy fealing. All in my head? More than likely but it worked for all three babies!
