the second one is DESC: 1/5 - all i know about this one is its something about the baby being 1/5th engaged?

CEPH LOL:baby is presenting head down and long hi means that it is paralel to your spine in position.
THe Desc: 1/5 I'm not sure what that is, but probably has something to do with how far down the baby's head is in your cervix

I'm going to guess DESC stands for descending. The babies head is in the first stage of engagement

If I remeber right:
CEPH LOL means how the head is presenting in the pelvis.
DESC is about the station and descent
