when the babys born she will have to list him on the birth certificate as the father before she can pursue any child support from him, then he will have the option of contesting it, if he does they will do a DNA test (usually the person contesting has to pay for it) if its found to be his baby he will be ordered to pay support. however it can take a long time for this process to take place with the testing and everything...so just warn her that she may not see any money for quite some time.and once the DNA comes back that its his he will also get visitation more than likely.

LOL Yes of course he still has to pay. Has nothing to do with whether or not he wants anything to do with the child he still has to pay support until that child is 18.

well for starters you can not tell someone to have an abortion it wrong it is her choice and if he is the farther then yes he will have to pay child support but if he thinks its not his kid you will have to get a DNA test done to prove it and it cost alot of money. he won't have to pay child support until the baby is born.

If he is the father YES HE DOES!!!!! My son's father doesn't want nothing to do with my son either but he still owes $10,000.00 and $155.00 a month.
It's his choice not wanting to be a father. My son is 6 years old...no christmas cards, no birthday cards NOTHING. I have NEVER said bad things about the guy niether amoung friends or family. One day he came to serve me papers (???) and my son said, "Hi Dad!" and went to give him a hug and he turned around and walked away. From that day on my son tells everyone, "My dad is rude!"
Today my son has my brother, my dad....and he's a very happy, healthy growing boy

This kind of man will need a DNA first and you too. The child should know and he is the kind of man that needs to be reassured.
Sorry.

after the court ordered DNA test proves he is the father, then YES he will still have to pay support.
todays courts do not allow someone to just sign away their rights, unless there is someone there willing to adopt the child(ren).

If it is born into this world and it is his child, YES; and rightfully so. He should have kept his pants zipped if he wasn't prepared to deal with any possible consequences.

absolutely. If it is his kid then it is his responsibility. If he didn't want a kid he should have used protection.
He has to pay even if he signs over rights. My father still had to pay he just didn't have any legal right to see us
