Ok. I had a colposcopy done last week. I am pregnant so my dr. DID NOT do a biopsy and nothing concerned him in the colposcopy. But after the colposcopy he put some kind of brown stuff on my cervix, he said he had iron in it and did something. I forget. I have HPV that's why I had everything done. But people keep telling me its the yellow stuff they use after a biopsy to stop bleeding. But like I said I did not have a biopsy done. Hope someone can help me

I had my period. 1 day shorter than normal, but, still as heavy. I'm very stressed out. I've taken tests which have all been negative. ONly problem is that my breasts haven't stopped hurting. And it's been a continuous pain since Feb.15. Any ideas?

i have dreamed about 3-4 times in the last 4-6 weeks. i had spotting after my last period and this period was irregular. i had tubal rings put on 4-1/2 years ago but i heard they come off sometimes. i went to the doctor he gave me a chart to track my periods and report back in 4 months. since jan i have been experiencing several pregnancy symptoms i cant stand my husband touching me ,iv'e gotten attitudes over stupid things, everything agitates me. i love to sleep and my appetite has changed drastically. please tell me that this has happened to someone else????

At what week did your breasts start leaking before you gave birth??

Everyone keeps telling me this will happen, but no one every says when.

Did it leak enough that you needed to wear the pads in your bra? Does it leak all day or just every now and then?

my lil sister goes in moday march 12th for her abortion. My mom or grand ma doesnt know if they find out they are going to flip out or maybe put her out. but i'm trying to convince her not to go through with it. she can keep her child and i will watch the baby when its born i will try to help her to the best of my ability. I told her no matter hw you look at it abortion is murder. she is 18 yrs old and a senior. she says she don't want to go to prom with a big belly, and she wants to were cute clothes. and she got a schlorship to east west.
But is there any way i can persuade her to keep it.
her boyfriend is 20 and he wants her to keep it. he says he will be there.

This is my 2 nd pregnancy (21 weeks) and I have contractions since 16 th week, as happened with the other pregnancy. Want to know more about them. I had a scan done yesterday and the uterus is OK, closed, though sometimes I have 14 - 15 contractions a day. Is this normal??

okay yesterday i asked about preeclamsia, and i am about to call my doctor... but i was wonder if you stay swelled all the time or if it can sort of taper off and come back, this morning my eye lids were a little swollen like i had been crying all night or something, and my right foot is only a little swollen while my left one is pretty bad swollen, my face is just a little, and my hands are slightly swollen also, i guess my question is..do you swell really bad and can it fade and then get worse, i have a drs appt friday and am wondering if i should try to go in today or just wait it out.

Im 40 weeks pregnant, 3cm dilated, and 50% effaced. Im very much so in pain, and really want to go into labor before next week. My doctor wont induce me until next week, im tired and miserable, my baby is healthy and is wieghs a substantial amount, any suggestions?

I am 39 weeks pregnant, and last night about 1:30 a.m. I started having contractions every 5 minutes. I had thought I had been having inconsistant contractions all day, but thought they may just be braxton hicks. I had gone for about an hour long walk in the afternoon, and had sex around 11:30 that night trying to start something up. Once the contractions started they were 5 minutes apart until about 3:45 a.m. Strong, but not unbelievably painful. They started in my back and moved to my lower stomach and then back to my back. A lot of pressure it felt like. Around 3:45, I must have fallen asleep, and didnt wake up until the morning. I am still having mild lower stomach cramps, but nothing consistant or too painful. What is this and what should I do?

My first was doing gymnastics in my belly, but my daughter moves only enough to let me know that she's there (she always meets more than the minimum for kick counts... I'm 29 weeks, by the way).

I'm pregnant about 19 week and My boyfriend just broke up with me when he found out we are having a baby girl, what up with that? Why do guyz care what gender the baby is? I'm young and I dont know if I can do this without him by my side. I would never give my baby up for adoption but i just dont know if i will be able to do it with him gone. what should i do?

i have just been to the doctors and after a number of checks have been found to have sciatica.
it is excruiting the doc told me the only way it will go is when i give birth.
i am 37=3 day pregnant with a baby 2 weeksish bigger than he should be and he is full engaged, do you think if i ring up thematernity ward they would induce me or would they say i was being selfish?

okay, i am 33 weeks pregnant and last night i seen that there was liquid in my bellybutton. my bellybutton isnt popping out yet, its just kind of disappeared.anyways, there is liquid in it and i took a q tip and gently tried to swab it out, when i looked at the q tip there was a small amount of blood on it. later that night, i was looking at my bellybutton again and there was like, a crust where the liquid was, so i got the crusty stuff out and there was still more liquid. there is still liquid in it this morning and all night and still, my bellybutton is very sore, that is what made me check it out in the first place. should i call my doctor? has this happened to anyone else?

I lost my mucus plug 2 hours ago, im 40w3d, and im not sure if they are contractions, but its alot, ALOT, of pressure that comes every 5-6 minutes in my lower pelvic region....are these contractions? Can this happen so soon, should I call my doctor?

i had to have one for medical reasons. I had one at 21 weeks. my water broke at like 17 weeks and wouldn't stop leaking. baby had no more fluid, and although still alive, I had to terminate because i was already going into labor and risk for infection for being with water broken for so long.
but i just saw a video saing "oh if u have an abortion, the stuff they use to dialate the cervix (i'm thinking the laminaria), will weaken it, and that muscle is not like a muscle u can work out where u can get it stronger, but it will always remain weaker etc).

i was just wondering if it's true and if i can still have a baby, and if anyone ever had a baby after such a late abortion

My friend and i had sex on th night of 19th Feb. She was supposed to have her periods on th 4th of March. She had th previous one on th 2nd of Feb. She has never missed a period in th last 7-8 yrs. It has been very regular and spontaneous. But this time it hasn't happened. She was overtly worried ( so was i) all these days. Though we had sex i dint have orgasm inside. She however said tht she felt a warmth inside. that's th root of all these worries. Added to tht is th fact tht it was the best time to conceive. and today is the 7th of the month. She's still not had her period. Can extreme worry cause a delay or is she actually pregnant. She hasn't got any cramps so far, which is a regular feature before her periods. Neither has her breasts increased in size which happens prior to her periods (according to her.) Is there any way to make sure. She and i are so so worried.

when i went to the OB the other day i told her i might have a yeast infection. she took a swab and confirmed that i was creating a bread baking colony down there.

She said i could treat them like i usually do and if it did not clear up like it normally does, she would perscribe something for me at my next visit (in about a week and a half)

I got the monostate 7... however i am feeling SOO MUCH DISCOMFORT! im doing the itchy cootie dance as i type. I keep the area clean, i dont use harsh soaps (i try to avoid irritaters in the first place in that area), i keep the area dry and breathable... i dont know what else i can do to ease this... agony!

am i doing all i can? or is there anything else i can do?
