My last question was about breast feeding another woman's baby. Many answers warned about HIV and HEP. I've always gotten tested, even though I'm married and I trust my husband.

A couple of days ago I noticed some spotting. Light bleeding, brown and pink. Today (day 3 of spotting) it has gotten a little heavier however still brown. Before this, my period was over a week late. I have none of my usual period symptoms (i.e. sore, tender breasts, cramps, bloating) The only things I have had are fatigue, dizzy/light-headedness, pain in my abdomen, and nausea. Should I worry that this is implantation bleeding?

me and my husband have been TTC for the past 6 months and nothing yet. i dont know when i ovulate so i've been keeping track of my periods on mymonthlycycles.com. I have irregular periods. They're between 28 to 35 days. so i've been tracking it for 6 months now and this month i had sex the day before i ovulated. the other months i haven't really been having sex on my ovulation day, i was just tracking my periods. but i had sex the day before it said i ovulated. what are the chances that i could actually be pregnant. my period was due yesterday but like i said they dont always come on time. can some one please help me!!! Thanks.

whats the longest its taken anyone to get a positive on a hpt? i just want to know what other people have gone through...

i havent had a period since jan 18. ive taken a couple tests and they have come back neg. i do have some really obvious signs that i might be preg. so i made an appointment with my doc but its not til next week. and just lookin to hear what some others have gone through....

I took a PG test about 15 minutes ago, and the lines never came up telling me if i was or if i wasn't... What it that supposed to mean? I checked the expiration date and it just said 2007... Do you think i should take another one? Or just wait? Thanks!

i just got out of the hospital ive been there all day cuz i stoped contracting..when i left the hospital i started contracting again i went to the mall walked around and came home and walked up and down stairs for an hour im dialated 3 cen.... but im contracting every 9 minutes or so but went they come they are really really hard. if i keep walking tonight could there be a chance that the contractions will come closer im 41 weeks and im in alot of pain i cant take it anymore. and what will be a good idea to keep my mind off the pain when im having them???

i went to the doctors to talk about contraceptive methods&within ten minutes i'd been given the pill injection&was outta there.i went home&told my sister who said she too that day had gone for injection but wasnt allowed it as she wasnt menstruating&so couldnt have it as they have to be certain that you're not pregnant.i wasnt menstruating&wasnt offered a pregnancy test.everything seemed fine but a few weeks ago i was vomiting,tired,heartburn,the syptoms i know as pregnancy as i have had 6 children already which is why i didnt want anymore.i did a hometest&discovered i was pregnant,after seeing my doctor i have now found out im 12weeks&was around 3 weeks when given the injection which possibly could have damaged my baby.although i didnt want another,abortions not an option at 12weeks.if i was tested before the injection&known then id of had more options.is there anything i can do as i feel medical negligence occurred here by not being tested for pregnancy 1st

I am about 10 wks pregnant. This is my 7/8wk sonogram. They are telling me that my HCG hormone is high and I have more amniotic fluid than normal. Twins runs in both sides of our family. Can someone please (preferable a doctor) take a look at my sonogram and tell me what you think?

does anyone here actually know how you train and become a doula?
i live in the UK and i'm not sure if maybe a doula is more of an american thing than a british thing.

my b/f sister is 7 months pregnant and has mentioned she is to employ a doula at the birth.
We must be living in a cave or something - we've never heard of a doula - can anybody explain what they do and how much do they cost.

and she is prgnant again, she is in her 7th week. and she had some minor pains the other day, she asked me if because she had a cesarien in her first pregnancy she would be more prone to aches and pains ine her pregnacy now??

I couldn't get comfortable last night and got very little sleep. Now, i have a pain in my stomach and have had diarrhoea. I also feel nauseous and very tired. Is this normal or could i have a gastro infection. I have no pain in my back and my stomach hasn't dropped at all.

The other day me and my sister were making Garlic bread and the smell of made me want to throw up. I know that smell makes women who are peg sick. I took a test two weeks ago it was neg could i be that i am or stress that smell my senses.

I know that there are hundreds of these questions on here, but I just have to ask this...

When you receive an epidural, can you still feel pain during pushing? I've heard it's different for everyone, but I would love nothing more than to be heavily drug induced and pain free during the delivery (labor pains are okay, though). How did the epidural work for you?

I understand that it's going to hurt... but I want to know about what other women experienced.

I am already 2cm dilated and 70% effaced and have been since week 35 (I'm now 37 weeks). I haven't not dropped yet though... could I still go into labor soon, or does she have to drop before I have to worry about going into labor?

I am 29 weeks and getting excited but recently ny nerves about money are taking over. My husband and I make very good money, over $120k per year, but I make more than him, about 70K. I will not be working for about 3 months and I do not get paid for my leave. We live in Massachusetts which if anyone knows, is a very very expensive place to live. We have a nice home etc but I get scared that something will happen and this will be to much. We will have enough money put away to pay the mortgage for about 4 months but I am still scared. Everyone tells me it will be ok and it will all work out but the anxiety is killing me. Have other woman felt this anxiety before and what is your advice?? Does it just work out or is it very scary to have a baby and the financial worries that go along with it? Thanks everyone.
