A couple of days ago I noticed some spotting. Light bleeding, brown and pink. Today (day 3 of spotting) it has gotten a little heavier however still brown. Before this, my period was over a week late. I have none of my usual period symptoms (i.e. sore, tender breasts, cramps, bloating) The only things I have had are fatigue, dizzy/light-headedness, pain in my abdomen, and nausea. Should I worry that this is implantation bleeding?

If your wondering if you are pregnant you should take a home pregnancy test to find out and if its positive you need to go to the dr's. and make sure your ok. especially if the spotting and pain in your abdomen get worse

I was under the impression that implantation bleeding usually occurs 7-10 days after ovulation. But all of your other symptoms do sound like pregnancy. If it is implantation bleeding I would take a pregnancy test in a week, since it wouldn't show up positive until around 14 days after ovulation.

It certainly DOES sound like it, but even when I think myself those symptoms are it, my body was just playing tricks on me. Stress can mess with your hormone balance. I say in another 9 days, take a pregnancy test.
